I. All kitchen items must be cleaned and returned to their proper place. Tablecloths should be washed and returned. II. Coffee pots, dishes, counter tops, stoves and refrigerators should be cleaned. III. Tables and chairs are to be returned to proper placement. IV. Carpet should be vacuumed if needed. Any spills are to be cleaned up immediately. A CLEANING KIT IS IN THE JANITOR’S CLOSET OFF KITCHEN. V. No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed in the building at any time. Cigarette butts outside should be disposed of properly - not thrown on concrete or grass. VI. Children should not be unsupervised in the Sanctuary, Sunday School classes or basement. VII. Electronic equipment will not be used except by TRAINED church member. Fees will be charged accordingly if the facilities are not left as you found them. Today's Date E-Signature The organization and individuals using the Arch United Methodist Church facility agree to assume all risks relating to the use of such property normally associated with ownership of such property including personal injury claims. The organization and individuals using the facility shall be responsible for any damages to Arch United Methodist’s facilities occurring during the period of use of the property. In addition, the organization and individuals using Arch United Methodist’s facilities agree to indemnify and hold Arch United Methodist Church harmless from any liability, demand, action, claim, loss, cost, penalry, fine, cleanup expense or other expense of any kind or character including, but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees of Arch United Methodist Church, relating to such assumed risks or arising out of the use or occupancy of Arch United Methodist Church facilities.
